These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on www.sjdwardrobe.com (the “Website”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout at the time of purchase is the final price charged.
3. Payment
Payment is handled securely through our payment service providers. Available payment methods, including Klarna, are presented at checkout.
When Klarna is selected as the payment method, Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply. Klarna processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
SJD Wardrobe AB does not store or have access to full payment or card details.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in the event of incorrect pricing, technical errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment made will be refunded without undue delay.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Sweden.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
The risk for the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with Swedish and EU consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging where possible
Once the returned goods have been received and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. If Klarna was used, the refund will be handled in accordance with Klarna’s procedures.
7. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method. SJD Wardrobe AB is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipment.
8. Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@sjdwardrobe.com as soon as possible.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Approved complaints may result in repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SJD Wardrobe AB or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
SJD Wardrobe AB shall not be liable for indirect damages unless such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue with customer service, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes may also be resolved by a Swedish court.
