Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the day after delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, carefully packed for transit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item.

 

Exchanges

To ensure availability, exchanges are handled by placing a new order for the desired item. The original item should then be returned following our standard return procedure.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as responsibility for the return remains with the customer until received. In accordance with EU consumer law, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Purchases made with gift cards or store credit are refunded as store credit.
