Right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying from us online, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This page explains how the right works, what is refunded, and the few exceptions that apply.
Your right
You may cancel your entire order, or individual items, within 14 days. No reason is required, and you do not need to explain your decision.
The 14-day period
The period begins the day after you, or someone you have nominated, receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several shipments, it starts the day after the final item arrives. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the 14 days are up. The simplest way is our withdrawal form, where you enter your order number and email and receive confirmation by email. You may also notify us by email with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. What matters is that your notice reaches us in time; the goods can be returned shortly after.
Returning your items
Send the goods back without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us. Items should be returned in essentially the same condition you received them. You are responsible only for any reduced value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and function — much as you would when trying something on in a store. Return shipping is at your own expense.
Refunds
We refund the price of the goods together with the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund up to the cost of standard delivery. The refund is made to your original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until the goods have reached us, or until you show they have been sent back.
Exceptions
A few items cannot be withdrawn once the contract is fulfilled: made-to-order or personalised pieces; sealed items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, including swimwear and intimates where the protective seal has been removed.

This right of withdrawal follows the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
